3. WhatsApp Data

We use Meta WhatsApp Business API to send messages on your behalf. Message delivery status and read receipts are tracked for campaign analytics. We do not store message content beyond what is necessary for campaign tracking and reporting.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the following trusted service providers:

Meta — WhatsApp Business API
Razorpay — Payment processing
Resend — Transactional email delivery
Neon — Cloud database hosting

We may disclose data if required by law or legal process.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We follow industry-standard security practices including JWT-based authentication and secure API access controls.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
